Mission, Vision, and Strategy

Understanding the importance of organizational planning, we have recently clarified Old North's mission, vision, and strategy.  We invite you to explore who God has called us to be, where He's leading us into the future, and the road we're traveling to get there.

 

Mission = Who we are?  Why do we exist?

The mission of Old North Church is “to glorify God by introducing Jesus Christ to all the people He calls us to serve, so that we will become His devoted followers”.

 

Vision = Where are we going?  What do we want the future to look like?

The vision of Old North Church is “to be a Christ-centered, multi-generational community of disciple-making disciples”.

 

Strategy = How do we get there?

Values = The distinguishing characteristics of the church

1.Biblical preaching and teaching

2.Intentional and personal discipleship

3.Healthy children and healthy families
