Helpful hints to keep your shavings cost down. First stock your stalls with plenty of bedding. Pick your stalls morning and night and remove the wet spot. Our shavings unlike sawdust are light long and fluffy which makes for a dryer and cleaner stall.
Livestock Bedding
Softwood are free of pine tar and creosote which can be toxic. Softwood shaving decompose quicker that other hardwood shavings. Kiln dried shaving have a lower amount of moisture thus giving them the ability to absorb more moisture.
