Steve Scott,
Pastor of Children’s and Family Ministries

Leading a team that includes Pastors T.J. Hammar and Shawn Sprouse, along with a terrific group of volunteers, Steve’s passion is to share the love of Christ with kids and their families.

Steve Scott is a native of the Rochester area of New York. Before joining the staff at Old North in 2003, he served in Pandora, Ohio at St. John Mennonite Church. He holds degrees from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, Winebrenner Theological Seminary in Findlay, Ohio, and Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. He lives in Boardman with his wife Barb and their daughters, Myah and Taryn.

When he’s not at the church, spending time with his girls, or working on projects at home…you can find Steve in his favorite place- the great outdoors- hunting, hiking, canoeing or just being in the woods.
