Bill Simpson:
Pastor for Worship and Creative Arts

Bill and his wife are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters.  Born in Missouri, Bill grew up in Oklahoma and South Florida (hence his loyalty to the Dolphins, Marlins, Hurricanes and Heat).  Bill returned to Oklahoma for college, earning his Bachelor of Music degree from Oklahoma Baptist University.  He also received the Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
Bill has served as Minister of Music at churches in Texas, Florida and Tennessee. He served as the Pastor for Worship and Arts at Mount Ararat Baptist Church in Stafford, Virginia, and he serves in a similar capacity here at Old North.  His responsibilities encompass most all facets of weekly worship planning and implementation (i.e. music, drama, technical arts, etc.) as well as special programs and events.  Most importantly, his role includes the shepherding of participants in each of these ministry areas.
When not at church, Bill enjoys working around the house, computers, spending time with his family, and reading.
